  1. Is it Safe to Order Online?

    Yes. Our checkout page uses 128 bit encryption and all information is stored with the latest in secure technology. Any payment related information such as credit card numbers are encrypted and purged from our system on a regular basis for added protection and privacy.

  2. What type of Payments do you Accept?

    We currently accepts: Visa, Master Card and American Express. At this time we do not accept Money Orders or Checks. If you are a bulk order customers special arrangements can be made.

  6. What are the Diplomas Printed on?

    We print on heavy grade diploma paper which has a natural pattern and is offered in three colors: Tan, Grey or White. We suggest Tan for most applications.

  7. What Appears on the Shipping Label?

    The return address on the shipping label will show DC&G and/or D.R.

  8. Can I Change my Order?

    You have a few options here. If your order has not been started you may make changes to the order at no cost. If the order has begun production but not yet shipped you may make changes and/or corrections to your order for a $20.00 per document. If the item has shipped changes can be made for a $20.00 correction fee plus any applicable shipping charges.

  9. What if I want to Cancel my Order?

    Any orders that have not shipped may be canceled and 100% refunded as long as they have not entered production. Since all items are produced by hand, if your order has been started but not shipped you may cancel for a $40 production and cancelation fee. Once the order has shipped you may no longer cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.

  10. Verification Service and Life Experience?

    We print diplomas for educational institutions and novelty use only. We are not a school, nor do we issue diplomas. Therefore we do not do any verification of diplomas or provide degrees for life experience - These are called diploma mills and should be avoided.
